I was  first introduced to these by a Texan woman I met on holiday,  she told me these were a favorite treat of her family and as a cake maker I should  give them a go. I am so glad I did!

Cake Bites or Cake balls as they are sometimes known are made from flavoured cake combined with flavoured cream cheese frosting and then rolled into small balls and covered in a coating of chocolate.  Sticking them on a lollipop stick turns them into pops!

The flavours below are available as cake bites or cake pops and are extremely moist and incredibly moreish, you can't just have one! .

 Double Choc  

Chocolate cake, with a coat of dark or milk chocolate

White Knight

Vanilla sponge covered in white chocolate and topped with white chocolate curls.

Caramel Crush

Toffee flavoured sponge with a caramel chocolate jacket and fudge nuggets

Strawberry Kiss  

Pink Vanilla sponge smothered in gloriously pink strawberry flavoured chocolate.

Mocha Moment

Coffee flavoured sponge with a cappucino jacket and cocoa sprinkle

Cheese cake

Vanilla cheese cake coated in biscuit crust with a milk or dark chocolate jacket
